Have you tried another browser? It should not affect your router.

I have error code 80710723 on my ps3,is there any way I can fix this myself? I'm connected to my neighbours wireless so have no access to the modem/router,I'm desperate to fix this pls sum1 help

Its caused by a failed update.
your best bet (assuming your leaching of your neighbor without his knowledge) would be to go round to a friends house with you play station, and physically connect to his router with a cable.
however if it does recover for the update install and starts working, likelihood is you will get the error again. when your wireless connection fails..so to be on the safe side get your own net connection

The SMTP server returned an error. Account: 'pop.012.net.il', Server: 'smp.012.net.il', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '-ERR Permission Denied', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC60

Most SMTP-servers will give "permission" to be used only when your computer is connected via an IP-address assigned to you (statically or dynamically) by the Internet Service Provider.

So, if you are using wireless Internet access, maybe provided at some retail location, rather than connected by Ethernet cable to '012.NET.IL', or wirelessly within your own home, using your own wireless router, you will get this error-message, when you try to "send" E-mail.
