i drooped my cell phone in the water. took battery out. waited 3 hours. i than put it back together, the lights were blinking so i took battery out and now it doesn't work. do i just throw it away or can it be fixed

- My phone froze for some reason and when I took the battery out so it could re start, it acted as if it was going to restart but now it is jsut blinking and flashing a light and wont turn on.I have the palm treo 680
