Question about Panasonic Viera TH-42PZ80U Plasma TV
The TV worked about one hour and then automaticly shut off. We are unable to turn back on. Red light flashes at the bottom of the set. We unplugged the set for awhile and tried the controller only to have set start to turn on and shut off automaticly without producing a picture, the contoller then has no effect on the TV, red light continues to flash. Need help.
Panasonic requires an authorization number first from them. Our parts suppliers require that before we can even order the part. I recommend calling a svc co. to have it looked at, preferably an authorized panasonic service center, it will be much faster.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
