Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
It doesn’t work at all if you just change the extension by yourself. The files need to be converted from other formats to MP4 which is the only format that PSP support . You need software to do that. I prefer to use Aimersoft PSP Converter Suite for it supports all popular formats including AVI, XviD, WMV, MPEG, MPG, FLV (YouTube), DAT, RM, RMVB, MOV, ASF and limewire video to PSP MP4 format. You can find its guide on:
Hope to help you.

Trasnsfer using computer and put the videos in the correct folder. You have to rename the filenames. Rename all video filenames that you save as "MV4filname". All video filenames need to start with MV4.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
