Drain hose jumps up and floods cellar

We have a Maytag washer/Performa model#PAV2300AWW, and the drain hose which came with it is a flimsy flexible plastic accordian type hose with no bend to hook it onto the deep cellar sink into which it drains. We manually deeply bend it and duct tape it elaborately into the sink so that the outcoming water doesn't shoot around, but the tape never holds long and we always wind up with a flood. Our first Maytag came with a heavy solid rubber drain hose with a deep fixed U bend to hook over the sink w/o securing it further. We would like to replace the present hose with the type we had originally.Is this possible, and who do we call to replace it. We are elderly and both disabled, so we can't do it ourselves. TU for any advice.
