Question about Bosch KGU32124 Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
I have a proline chest freezer plc218w model, it seems to be defrosting by itself there is a orange light on the back and a green light the green light is always on but now both light are on what dose the orange light mean i have looked in the mannual but it dose mot mention anything about the orange light. my proline olc218w chest freezer is only 14months old and is doing the same thing. Both green and ornage warning light are on and the freezer isn't "cooling" - the compressor comes on randomly but only for a few seconds. Food is gradually defrosting.

That is normal if the room or area is too cold. If the room temperature drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit then that problem will start to show up.
All manufacturers state the machine will start to unbalance below that temperature.

Testimonial: "weather picked upped wraped in quilt still the same"
Unknown, if the door was left open for more then 4 hours, then it will take about 3 to 4 hours for the freezer to reach the temperature again. So the best advice for you is to wait another few hours. If you are still having issues after that then you do have a issue and the issue would seem to be with the door, either not sealing completely or the coil on the freezer is bad. Let me know in a few hours how your freezer is doing, if there is still a issue I will walk you through some other steps but do not see a reason to do that yet.
