Click on Support and you will see two options, discontinued manuals and product manuals. You didn't give your model number, so you'll have to browse these two options to find your manual.

You may have a dirty tip. Try replacing it with a new one. Also check to make sure that you have it assembled correctly.

I have had that happen to me you need to rebuild the diaphragm to **** up the paint.
