Click your mouse on start and go to control panel.click on control panel.Look for sounds and audio devices and click on it.Check the audio and voice tabs and make sure the correct sound device is highlighted for use. Go to speaker settings and click on the advanced tab. Make sure the correct speaker setup is highlighted for use.Click ok and then click on the apply tab. This should allow you to hear sound from you chosen set up. If you still do not hear sound, then you either have made a incorrect selection or you are having a driver issue. You can go into the device manger and check to see if the audio drivers are functioning correctly. If not you may have to reinstall or up the the drivers. If you are still having problems ask more questions until you get help to figure out your problem. I hope this information help you with your problem
