Re: earphones

Hi Eval,

Your Audio socket on the PSP may have become contaminated.  Find something to swab it out. If you have trouble not getting it to work, you can contact Sony support and send it to them for repair.  SONY support can be contacted at 1-800-345-7669.  If they want help you, The Playstation Clnic will. I got a psp 3000 and I just downloaded music on it and when I plugged in my headphones and play it all I can hear is the music and hardly the singer. How do I fix this?

Try a different set of headphones. It's possible that the headphones have a short and you're only getting sound out of one ear. If it's still doing it with another set of headphones, then it's either a bad headphone connector or the music files are corrupted or not recorded properly.

Psp 3000 D pad problem...

I think this is something you can fix, the problem is simply a stuck button. If you can open it up and find the area on the board that's under the D-pad, you should be able to unstick the button by wiggling it a little.

Not reading the disc

Wipe the lense of the PSP with a ear cleaner and maybe that will work. The constant heating up/cooling down on the PSP builds up moisture.

PSP Video Sound Problem

it might have to do with the type of psp that u are running

my old phat had no problems with videos and the newer motherboard that i just put into it has no problems either. aslo, did u try using headphones? in another case if u only use headphones that could be the problem. the headphones i mean. of course there could also be something wrong with ur motherboard and if so i would recamend for u not to worry about it unless it totaly craps out. then u would have to take it to a shop to get fixed

N-gage no sound

It Appears some sensor is miss feeding the central processing unit. Try taking off the battery for a few minutes if it does not help check the ear phone plug for dirt, maybe something is closing the circuit. Good Luck!
