How can i log in my Delloptiplex 760 computer,when its auto logging off


If running XP

A log-on loop on your Windows XP computer is a difficult situation where the computer never completes its boot cycle, restarting intermittently ad nauseam.


This issue indicates a major problem with the boot functionality of your XP system.

Restore the computer to working order by utilizing the repair and restoration utility on your XP system disk.

Insert the XP disk into the computer.


Restart the computer.

Press any key when prompted to boot from the disk.

Press "Enter" at the first screen and "F8" at the license terms.


Highlight the drive containing XP and press "R," repairing the operating system boot files and removing the log-on loop.

or

Windows XP sometimes has a glitch when you are logging in to your user account in order to boot the operating system.

The glitch logs you in and then logs you off the account.


This problem is usually caused by one of the programs that load during the computer's start-up.

Fixing this issue is a matter of ensuring that whatever program is causing the problem doesn't start up as soon as you start your computer.

or


Power on the computer and allow it to get to the user logon page normally.

There is no need to start up the computer in "safe mode."


Click the user who is having the issue and type in the user's password if one is set up.

This stops any "Startup" program from running and logging you off.


Right-click the "Start" button on the bottom left of your screen.

Select all the files inside the "Startup" folder by dragging a box over them.


Right-click anywhere on the selected files.


Select "Delete" to delete those files.

All this does is make it so that these programs no longer start as your computer is starting so that any error in the running of the programs doesn't interfere with logging in to your account.

Icant log in my computer.when log in,with in few seconds it logging off automatically

Hi guies the windows srever 2003 files in my hp ml370 is corrupt and i tried to fix the prblem by format one hard disk partition in my scasi disks array and installing win srv 2003 on it but whe i log on...

The utility to use to set up the ML370 g3 server is the SSCD (smart start cd) this is a guided installation cd that will help you set up the array, install drivers and diagnostic utilities and after that
will request the windows cd so that you can finish the installation.
instructions:
1. download SSCD from here
2. extract the zip file
3. burn the ISO image to a cd
4. boot the server to the cd
5. choose from the main menu the option "Deploy server"
6. follow the wizard

Computer startup is very slow, icons take forever to pop up


Next time you can boot up press F8 repeatedly until you get to the Safe Mode text screen. One of the options there is to boot up and create a Boot Log. Do this. It will take even longer to boot but at the end you will have a file that shows everything the PC was doing during the boot. There are probably lots of things that are initializing that you don't really need.

You can disable startup items by running msconfig from your Run box and clicking the Startup tab.

Laptop memory problem.whn i strt lap it sho an err msg .wants to terminate sum progrm bt whn i trminate the programe itagain show the err msg.what should i do?


try booting into safemode log in as administrator, go to msconfig by going into start click all programs accessories, look for the run application in windows in the run fiel type MSCONFIG in the pop up windows click the option selective start up this will disbale all startup item running on your windows backgroung during boot up restart your computer see if it will boot up properly ^_^

I have problem when i start my pc a error message appeared rcint failure string table id not found 42 at line 462


This problem usually occur due to soft booting the machine (reset) and then it could not restart. Usually after the xp logo screen u can only got the parser message: string table not found '42' at line 462. (which is a registery sincronization error (r,sint)). Click the ok button many times and your machine will boot up. Then go to control panel, user accounts, create new account. soft boot your machine again log onto new account and delete all files found in file search with stylexp and tgtsoft in them. Tthen log off and restart and log on as usual user (p.s. administrater privalidges required on both) and delete the new logon account. Hope this will fix the problem, otherwise you have to format your hard disc and reinstall your OS.
