Question about Dell Inspiron B130 Notebook
My USB ports are not working on my Inspiron B130. Everytime I plug in something it shuts off my laptop or it doesn't recognize it/ doesn't work. Specifically I have been trying to connect my iPod to my computer. I have been through all the iPod stuff and it is most defintely the ports. What do I do??
Try going into control panel and then system and the hardware and then device manager look for the usb ports and delete them, then reboot the system ,they should be there.
