Sound like 1 of your safety switches is bad. mower will run with the brake on and your not on it. there should be a seat switch under the seat, there should be a blade engage switch somewhere on the chassis, and there is also a brake switch. trace your wire harness through out the mower and check each switch. you can check the switches by unplugging them and connecting a wire to each terminal in the plug to check each 1. if after you unplug a switch and use the wire and the mower stays running after you release the brake then that switch is can bypass the switches by leaving the wire connected to the plug.

Cluth not working no prusher in cluth handle fluid good do you have to bleed it if so how

To bleed the hydraulic clutch actuator on your GL1200, follow the hydraulic hose from the master cylinder down to where it attaches to the engine. In this area you will find a bleeder valve just like the ones on the brake calipers. You will need an 8mm box-wrench (don't use an open end wrench), and a piece of tubing to slip on the bleeder valve in order to prevent hydraulic fluid from running onto the engine.

Make sure the master cylinder is to the "Full" mark with clean DOT3 brake fluid and then begin by pumping the clutch lever several times. While holding the clutch lever in, loosen the bleeder valve briefly, then re-close it. Do not release the clutch lever while the bleeder valve is open (doing so will draw air back into the system).

Repeat the above steps five or six times while also keeping the fluid level in the master cylinder topped off. If pressure within the system is not restored, then you will need to repair / rebuild the master and slave cylinders.
