Question about Panasonic PT-50LC13 50" Rear Projection HDTV

Panasonic projection TV power blinks in orange 5 times every 5 seconds

I have a panasonic PT-50LC13 rear projection LCD TV. It used to work fine. Then when I press power button,  the power indicator starts from green then to orange and blinks in orange 5 times every 5 seconds. Anybody have any idea how to fix this? No fan is blowing. Seems like there is no power into the lamp. Could this be a ballast issue or a fuse issue. I tried to open the back and check the fuse. It's hidden inside a ic board and very hard to pull out and reach it.

Any help would be appreciated.

how do I check the ballast? i checked the bulb it looks fine. One other thing, the fan is not comming on. The only light flashing is the lamp light. I never reset it awhen i replaced the bulb a year ago. Did not know you were suppose to, the repair man did not tell me this. Can't reset now as the tv just blinks from green to red.

This tv has 3 indicator lights on front, Power, Lamp and Temp
I assume Temp light is blinking 5 times after every 5 seconds, if that is correct then it is problem of clogged air filter located in light engine that need to be cleaned.
Below is an image of light engine and air filters locations are marked with red circle, it is job of professional to fix this issue because complete light engine need to be take out from tv cabinet.

if the tv keps trying to turn on three times and later the lamp led stays steady red. (see owner's manual to replace the lamp process) the lamp is damaged. ones you open the lamp door and take the lamp out you can see the lamp damaged even before to buy it.
