Remove the battery and wait 30 seconds.... then put the battery back and try it. If it still doesn't work....it has to be looked into by a technician. Could be loose connection to the touch screen.
Terri,
This just happened to me just a couple of weeks ago after I replaced the battery in my van. I did not clean the terminals on the cables before re-attaching them to my new battery and after a few days my van just quit. Once I cleaned the inside of the battery cables my van has worked fine ever since. Check those and hopefully that will be your problem.
Well the console might be broken because of the age on the system or it a fake game pack can corrupt the console then. Or the gamepacks have a little non serviceable battery in them when it goes bad the gamepack is junk then. Try them on someones elses console if they work on a different system than yours might have an internal issue.
press f8 after boot up ,then select option enable vga, then when it start go to control panel, un-install the display drivers, restart and reinstall them.
Very odd that both cameras would stop working at the same time, has someone else abused them?
Removeing the batterys for a while is a good enought reset, check the battery connectors and contact your dealer if they both have warranty you will get them repaired or replaced for free. other than that I can recommend you a repair man if you provide me the city you live in.
