Ive just purchased an MSI PR600 (I think thats what it is). It has
an inbuit webcam which I cant get working. I think the webcam is an
AveoCap but when I click on that application it opens saying "You have
no video capture device".
Can you please help? Por favor, describa su problema ... tengo problemas al enceder la camara de mi equipo me sale el siguiente mensaje: "Connect capture filter to aveoInftee. Error"

Go to Control Panel --> Scanners and Cameras Wizard. In that u can find your webcam details there if u installed drivers of your webcam correctly. Then by clicking the icon there turns on your webcam. If u cant find any device there u need to install your webcam software. It is available with the CD which u get with your laptop at the time of purchase.
I had a same problem with my installed usb camera in my msi notebook. I thought it was caused by wrong driver or something like that and after downloading a number of drivers it still dont worked. I tried really everything and after pressing the P1 button ( one of the 4 buttons near the power button ) a USB camera viewer appeared on my screen. Now it is working without any troubles. Maybe it is the solution for you too.
