Check and make sure the charge hasn't gone to full 0, could be a bad battery pack, or charger circuit. If they are OK hold it under water in the back of the toilet for 3 minutes or take it to a TECH because you sure aren't going to be qualified to fix it or you wouldn't have come here.

Security. Turn the key to run. Let it sit for ten minutes, off for thirty seconds. Then try to start. Do this three times for a relearn. Don't try to start.
While signed in, press the center button on the controller, (between start and back), select the settings blade highlight preferences, press A, highlight voice, press A, turn volume all the way up, (you can control this on your headset), under microphone make sure mute is NOT highlighted, under voice output select "play through headset". If that doesn't work then try cleaning off the plug end on your headset and controller port. If wireless headset, try turning off all unnecessary wireless devises to eliminate interference. In rare cases high electromagnetic fields can interfere as well (turn off unneeded electrical devises and retry) If none of that helps try a different headset. Good luck.
exposure to high temps will kill a bluetooth headset so will cold temps. Did you try recharging it? if you did and it still wont turn on then im afraid its cooked.
The green light (or red if it's muted) should glow on when you plug in the USB. If it doesn't, it means there's a problem with the power feed to your X1 and you should contact Turtle Beach tech support to get it fixed.
