Question about Sony Ericsson W550i Cellular Phone
Whenever a call gets connected I get beap and a message that ''cipering not provided by operator . insecure transmission.'' what do you mean this warning text message .is some one recoding my all calls, how to get over with this problem.
I am using a Sony Ericsson w700i phone.
i also hardware reset the phone the problem removed, i was happy but after two days a blank message came from a Mobil phone no when i opened it the message window was blank.no message there.after opening that message the same ''ciphering not provided by operator . insecure transmission.''starts with every outgoing or incoming call.please hep me that how i can stop this ciphering. thanx
Ciphering is mainly caused due to old sim cards, remove your sim and reinsert it.If the problem still persists,go to the customer care center of the operator and ask for new sim with the same number ,you would probably get this for free .Insert the new sim and see to it that the problem is gone now
