- my freezer is frost free and it runs cold for a while and then it starts to frost up above the drain pipe for the auto defrost. it would soon freeze over and not drain. it got to temp to start def my food, so i empted it and now it is deforsted and the drain tray is full. could you tell me where the defrost timer is located on this model... the model is ev200nxdw- fermbrmSolution #1

What is the complete model # on the sticker inside the freezer?

- This isn't a complete model #. Make sure it is the one off of the sticker inside the cabinet and not the manual. Looks like this is not a frost free model. You can tell if it's not frost free if the frost builds up on the shelves. The shelves are the evaporator coils. If this is what you have then it doesn't have a timer. A timer is used for automatic defrost and this one is manual defrost.Yes
