Bizhub c5501 error 3505 - Konica Minolta Office Equipment & Supplies

SOURCE: Need to know if I can fix a Konica Minolta bizhub pro c5501 print control unit. The board has several resistors but how can I tell which ones need replaced?

I am certified on that model and we don't attempt to repair the boards. The issue is because it's color and people use them for counterfeiting, every resistor and load value must be precise or the machine will error out and become a huge paperweight. The other issue is the serial number loaded into the nvram board. It's a small board with a battery. You can't replace one board unless you install a new serial number into it which is very difficult and you need the instructions ect. I can safely say you won't have success replacing components. Sadly I would reccomend biting the bullet and calling in the tech to replace the board. It should come with a warranty so you won't have to replace it again.
