MY moto is experiencing the problem since long as its screen got blank (white or black) sometimes automatically when i open the flipp. i tried so much to regain the screen but i got the same condition as i replaced battery as well. i used to take my sim and memo9ry card out and battery as well but it donot get to its orignial position. can you help me please.
I believe you have a problem with the hinge of the flip where your wire that connects to the display opens up your screen. If you keep opening the flip and closing it slowly does the screen turn on and off??? If it does then you have a problem with the hinge like I said. If not then it could be just a software glitch where you need to reinstall the operating system.

motorola doesn't give the software for free online - so that can't be done - you should be able to buy the cd for $5.00 at any cellphone shop in your area

You need to format the card using FAT and NOT FAT32. I had read the opposite somewhere and was wondering why the phone wasn't detecting my card. I finally tried FAT when formatting it and the phone detected my card right away after that.
