Fix my laptop

Do you see the cursor blinking in the black screen?
Try booting to safe mode. Restart your computer and tap F8 until you see the options to boot to safe mode. Use the arrow keys to highlight safe mode and hit enter. Once you are inside safe mode, install RadarSync and scan your computer with it then update the outdated drivers.

I think it is likely a screen issue or power cable issue
second restart your computer and then press and hold F8 keys until you get Advanced Options menu screen.Use the arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, and then press Enter, your computer will boot automatically to safe mode.
if you are able to start in safe mode then just go the site of your Laptop manufacture. Once there enter the model number of the laptop then request driver (usually found in the web site's "Support Section"). There you should be able to find all the drivers for your model laptop
After that simply get the Reginout because RegInOut is a very useful tool that cleans your computer of temp files, history and cookies. Its also used to fix any registry errors that cause of these issues
