Question about Televison & Video
Had a power failure this morning, now 42" philips plasma ,model 42DF9953/69 (I think) is not turning on. when power switch is turned on, green LED on front of panel flasehes on oh in sync with a clicking/switching noise.
Hello, you have a power supply problem, in some cases it is the power supply and something else, but first take a good look at capacitors one the power supply, you probably will find two defective caps.3300 uf/10volts replace them with 3300uf/16volts 105 degrees. if you can not do this, call the repairman, this would cost you about $300.00 dollars if there is nothing else wrong with the set. good luck
