Question about Panasonic DVD-S35 DVD Player
I put a DVD into the player and it never passes reading it. It give me H02 and then says no disk when there is a disk in the player. What do I do? I already unplugged it and tried again. Please help. I have the same problem. Opened up the unit and found that the DVD was not spinning. If I rotated the DVD a bit it would start spinning and was read OK. It appears that the motor has a dead spot. Sometimes it will start and other times it will not. It depends on the location it previously stopped. As to how to solve the motor problem, I have no idea.
This problem is related to OPTICAL BLOCK ASSEMBLY. Two things are involved in this situation.
1- sleg motor start malfunctioning.
2- Optical Lens problem.
In both situations you have to replace the OPTICAL LENS BLOCK.
Therefore your DVD need lens replacement. And it would work fine again.
Thanks for using fixya.
