Question about Audio Players & Recorders
My son's Mp3 shows a boot error then shuts off.
Should/can I reformat it? If I can, then what?
I have already backed up the music & data to my laptop.
(I am sick of going back to the store)
Fed up Mom.
I had this problem on mine, came to this hoping for an anwer but i saw no one had one so i decided to take a risk. Turns out that all I had to do was connect it to my computer (windows vista, haven't tested under othe OS's) open it, select "Internal MEmory", right click, and choose reformat. After that it worked fine
Hope this helps,

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
