Question about Indesit W 123 Front Load Washer
The control knob starts to click in mid cycle almost every time the machine is used
Try checking the filter, its normally located behind the kick plate on the bottom of the machine, best to tip machine back when you unscrew filter though as there will be quite a bit of water in the pipes more often than not.

ps if the dial is just clicking the red light will flash as well, count the flashes as this indicates a fault code. there will be about a second gap between flashes.

Tips for a great answer:
start with Activating the service diagnostic modes. You can start with the cycle selector knob at any position.
If there are no error codes stored, I recommend that you start from the beginning (step 1 above) and then run the Automatic test mode. If this unit detects a problem, it will display the error at the end of this test.
