Question about Sirius Satellite Radio Sirius Sportster SP-TK1 Satellite Radio Receiver
Look at the bottom of your unit, you'll notice the round port next to the slot? It get's jammed up inside the unit if you pressed to hard setting it into the cradle at some point. Not easy to fix, unfortunatley.

I had the same issue. This is what Sirius calls a "Frozen Unit". There is no bypass, unfortunately, and it must be returned.
I had mine for 3 days and it froze on the Sirius Logo screen when booting up. If you bought the unit from Sirius, you must contact their E-Commerce department. If bought from a retailer, take it back to the store.
