Question about Pioneer Audio Players & Recorders
Here is a link for ur receiver manual
as per the manual it says not to switch on ur receiver and call the pioneer service person.....
the problem u have is due to the toasted ICE amps..... .... this might be due to power surge or power cut or through grounding problems in ur receiver.....
press ENTER + VIDEO2 keys for 2 seconds..... this shud eventually release the receiver from the locked position.. its a reset code
if u dont have the provision for this and ur receiver is not under warranty... u can try to replace the burnt ICE amps inside..... if its under warranty pioneer will do it free of cost.....
have a nice day and good luck with ur receiver
if u found my solution helpful kindly rate my service.....
