Not sure how you want to go about doing the repair or what tools or resources are at your disposal. You could rivet, braze, or weld stainless sleel, sheet metal into place. You could repair the area/s with regular sheet metal and then coat it with Rihno bed liner or something comparable to it. I've used Rihno, its great. Well let me know if that helps or gives you some other ideas.

How to get rim off of the back passenger side of a 1993 Jeep wrangler?

The rims usually rust into place on the hub. Just alternate kicking the top and bottom face of the tire and it will work itself loose.

94 Jeep Wrangler back shelf rusting

Wire brush the area off and vacuum up any debris. You can use "rust killer" on the rusted surfaces and then use fiberglass mat to repair any holes. Overlap holes by at least 5" wherever possible. You can leave this unfinished or use spray bedliner paint to further seal the deck. i also recommend you go underneath and remove any loose rust and spray afterward with rubberized undercoating or rust will continue to form there. When using fiberglass on flat surfaces you can lay mat down dry and just pour resin on it and smooth it out so resin penetrates and you don't have lumps.

I have a 4 inch round hole in the floor of my car. Its on the under side. Can I use one of the kits available at auto stores to fix this?

You can probably find a grommet to fill the hole, 4 inch is pretty big so it's tough to say for sure. If it's from rust, the best fix is grind the rust off, and make the hole a little bigger (because the metal around the hole would be weak if this hole is from rust) then weld or bolt a plate or sheet of metal on to cover the hole.

You could always do the duct tape fix, duct tape over the hole, and maybe use a floor mat inside the vehicle so the "patch up" is not visible.

Cant stop rust on rocker panels

If someone could solve this problem forever they would become instant millionaires!!! (it is an ongoing problem with just about every vehicle forever (road salt and pitting from stuff that gets kicked up by tires, does not care what kind of vehicle it is) I generally use a product called rust killer. Just follow instructions on container. I have a Jeep (noted for rust there) I use rust killer, then cover the entire rocker with fiberglass, then spray the entire thing with bedliner coating. (if you need to match paint on car, just re-spray over it with correct colour)
The biggest problem is that the rust you see is not all the rust that's there...it actually begins inside the panel where you can't get to ...that's why it bleeds rust stain through the paint before holes appear.
Good luck! Hope this helps you.

Remove jeep door

You just need to use a small drift pin punch to push the door pins out. Use a small drift pin punch and a small hammer to drive the pin up and out from the bottom. It is just stuck in the hole.
