Question about Nintendo DS Console
R4 working fine until yesterday, had it for 7months then all of a sudden it will only recognise the first lot of files, so formatted card reloaded all files and same thing. Basically first 3-4 folders open and work, then the next few open but all the files are shown like this
etc etc, the list goes through to zzz Its only a reading problem on the card, the computer can see the files normally, DSL cant.
Blowing hasnt helpen, nor deleting and installing, maybe corrupt .SAV file? Im no expert so dont know.
Any help greatly appreciated.
The R4III was a poor clone to begin with, it might just decided to fail. It's important to do your research and get a card like the R4 SDHC from a manufacturer who's in it for the long term and keeps updating their cards.
If you're looking to get genuine cards for your ds (there are fakes out there), take a look here, http://www.dscardworld.com. I managed to find this site after I got burned at a few others. Loved having my emails responded to because I had loads of questions, and they were quick to ship it. US based support and shipping I believe.
Hope it all works out for you.
