Question about Btc 9039URF III Keyboard Trackball Mulitmedia Controller
I own a 99039URF key board/mice, but when i paired it to my computer, all the keys on the keyboard can work except the mouse track ball. can any one help me ? Same problem, it moves up and down, but right to left, it only goes to right spontaneously. Can't use mouse or keyboard function. Mine is 9019URF
Well u can try installing a driver that may help some times also check the batteres on the mice!

Keyboard and Dongle Paring:
Auxiliary tools: PC with Windows XP or Windows 7, two AAA cells
1. Insert Dongle into PC. Be sure that the Dongle is recognized by PC and the distance between keyboard and the Dongle is within 10cm.
2. Press down F2, F3 and F4 at the same time, install cells, release F2, F3 and F4 and then Press "3" to begin pairing. After finishing pairing, press "Windows" key to check whether the pairing is successful. If "Windows" key works, it means that the pairing is successful; otherwise, the pairing fails.
That was all I could find on the site.
