On my hp 2575 All-in-one printer/scanner whenever I scan an object I get a big black bar at the bottom of the image. I have tried cleaning the class, cleaning the plastic, even the lid. The problem occurs when the lid is open or closed. This is a NEW problem within the last two days (scanning was fine 2 days ago). I am running Mac OS X.5, scanning with HP Scanner Studio
