ICEMAKER WILL NOT DUMP ICE

I'm not making any promises. But after years of selling refrigerators, without having to call a tech...Make sure your freezer is at zero degrees, as the icemaker is activated by temp. not only time. Ice cream should be hard as a rock. Try setting your freezer colder; and don't do the human nature thing by checking every 30mins to see if it make ice. You'll just dump the cold air out. The bucket stays full of ice until the next cycle. That may be why it stalled.

Reset the power cool and freezer control buttons.first remove the ice bin then press the power cool and freezer control button for 12 seconds this will set the option which is shown under the fridge control button.set option to 3.wait for 24 hours then you will hear ice dumping in the ice tray.
