Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
I think my speaker has no problem ,but there is no sound completely coming from my computer.i changed the speaker ,but the same problem still there.i checked that there is no mute on my speaker .what should i do?
Just to be sure, boot up your laptop and go into the BIOS. I think by pressing F10 it should take you into the BIOS.
Reset the BIOS to factory default in there, save changes and exit.
After it gets into windows, see if you have sound, if not then reinstall your sound drivers for the laptop.
If after that you still don't have sound then that means there is no power coming out of the power connector for the speaker wires and that means the motherboard would have to be replaced.
