Question about Avaya 4610
Avaya IP Office - Trying to connect an Avaya 4610 but keep getting the message that says Discovering 188.8.131.52 - I'm running a Software VPN in the back ground. - Also, the Phone Manager is connected with no problem.
Have the same set up and was able to connect with the only difference being that I'm on a hardware VPN
Any relation to why this won't work?
The software vpn probably will not work.
Is the vpn tunnel up? Can you ping the IPO? what subnet is the pc?
