A/c and Heat not blowing out correctly

Hello, I have a 1999 mercury mountaineer AWD and if i turn the a/c on the vents if i turn them on work but the front vents barely blow out any air but if i leave it on for maybe an hour it may start to blow air out like normal but it only turns on every once in a while after being in the truck for a while but once i turn the truck off and come back to it to drive it somewhere it doesn't work again I really need some guidance on how to fix this!

Sorry no idea without a look ,but may i suggest you try a new pollen air filter ,i doubt this is the problem but it could be and as you turn the control to re-circulate then you get air flow .would really need to have a drive to have a better idea

What year mercury mountaineers wiring harness will match my 99 mountaineer awd 5.0 w vin# 4M2DU55P2XUJ33364 wiring harness

Looks like 99 to 01. they are a pain to pull. I would go mine before pulling another. Old vehicle. Junk yard part. Most likely you have many plugs to replace on it.

1999 Mercury Mountaineer, heater/AC fan no longer blowing

I would check the fan first disconnect the electrical connectors on it and use a pair of home made jumper cables and run it from the battery. If it works move unto relay if it doesn't you've found the culprit.
Next check relay in the fuse box. Coolant tempertant switch(CTS) aka thermal switch and its circuit. CTS is usually located in the water jacket by the t-stat.
