No printing and lights blinking

Hi, I swamp the cartridges for a non original ones, I did this before and the printer goes fine, but suddenly the ON/OFF light and the INK light are blinking and the printer is like locked out, I already got the R290 Service system, used it by the book and no answer. Is it possible I am doing something wrong or what do you guys think is the problem? Than you!

Thank You mhel, but as I said I already used the R290 Service system, the SSC service utility does not works for R290, I guess it's the cartridge chip the one is blocked, I found somebody that's going to send me the R290 9 pin cartridge resetter, it's a small hardware device that resets to "cero" the recharged cartridges even if this ones are not originals, I'll try that and let you know how it goes.

HI I'm mhel , you can download a program called SSC Service Utility
and best for it it's free and it works fine with my EPson CS45

IIf the cartridges is original epson there is some color (light magenta that is clogged.
if the cartridges is non original check that is with the right order

HP5550. Color ink ran out. Replaced with refilled cartridge, ink light still flashing. If I use an original cartridge this does not happen. Shop tells me cartidges are fine and proved it

some HP printers do this after a non original cartridge used The printer should still be able to operate even with the light flashing. If this does not work you may require to replace the print head.

Use only original ink cartriges, the non original has ink normaly is not for you printer, and you wast your money and damage the printer print-head

Canon 1560 error - orange light blinking 5 times

It's mean "Print head not installed/Defective print head".First open cover and remove the ink cartridges.Then open holder and remove the print head.Clean the contacts on printer and print head using piece of cotton and some alcohol.Then put back all again.If the problem persist you need to replace the print head.It's part number now is QY6-0064, because the old QY6-0042 is discontinued.
