Question about Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse VSBX300008
I HAVE A MICROSOFT WIRELESS MOBILE MOUSE 3000. IT HAS A SNAP IN RECEIVER THAT SHOULD TURN OFF THE MOUSE TO EXTEND BATTERY LIFE. AFTER REMOVING THE RECEIVER FROM THE COMPUTER AND SNAPPING IT IN THE BOTTOM OF THE MOUSE THE RED LIGHT STILL FLASHES CONSTANTLY ON THE MOUSE. IS THIS SUPPOSED TO DO THAT? IT SEEMS LIKE THE FLASHING LIGHT WOULD EAT THE BATTERY....THANKS FOR ANY INFO. PAT
I suggest you look for a small and thin button that is located in one of the sides where the receiver is placed at the bottom of the mouse. If this button is broken then there lies your problem. Good luck!!!! Chawah.
