Question about Black & Decker Garden
I just bought a black & decker 2 hp lawn edger model 8235, the blade is very worn & needs replacement. Two questions, is it reverse threaded & do you have a suggestion on how to get a hold of the shaft to allow loosening of the lock nut?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Ditch that old switch, and buy a better quality switch from HomeDepot or RadioShack that will suit your need. I personally ran into that same problem and brought a 2HP GP switch from HomeDepot. It works way better, than that stock swicth. ( It may require a little modification to the body though.)
