Question about Brother MFC 6490CW InkJet Printer
EVERYTIME THAT I AM NEARING THE COMPLETION OF THE CD DOWNLOAD AN ERROR SCREEN CONTINUES TO COME UP INDICATING:\r\n
AN ERROR OCCURED DURING INSTALLATION
PLEASE RESTART YOUR PC, ENSURE ALL APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED
-THEN RE-INSTALL "MFL-PRO-SUITE"
ISO31 - CreateFaxRxDataFolder - 0
I have gone to the task manager and ensured that all applications are closed prior to re-inserting CD. I have even tried to close some of the processes (hoping it would help) in the task manager.
Has anyone come across this before?
