You need to reset the Ipod.

Press and hold the centre button down.

Then.

Press and hold the Menu down.

Wait until the Apple logo appears, (takes only a few seconds) let both buttons go, the Ipod should then be back to normal.....

My ipod wont sync! HELP!!

I assume your iPod still functions OK as an MP3 player?

Are you wanting to automatically sync your iPod with your library, or drag the songs from your library onto your iPod?

You can modify the settings to auto sync or not, by attaching your iPod to your PC. In iTunes, highlight your device, and from the main window you can change the sync settings.

If this doesn't work, then try and reset your iPod - you do this by holding down the menu and center buttons until the "Apple" symbol reappears.

As a last resort (if the above doesn't work) you can restore your iPod, but this will set it back to it's factory state - wiping all of the music, videos etc off of your iPod (but it will not remove anything from your computer). In iTunes, select your device, and from the main window, click on the Restore button and follow the onscreen prompts.

My Ipod wont sync with Itunes

It is normal for it to take a while before it syncs. If you want it to be faster, make sure you save files to be synced with your Ipod on your hard disk. And make sure to download latest Itunes with quicktime and also update your ipod software.

If this still does not work. Try to uninstall Itunes and then re-install.

Thanks.
