Operating instrucion how do you put it together so you can see through it and see something? I can't see anything through it.

Something not put back together correctly or wrong part used.

i would suggest reversing the steps you took and look for anything you missed or improperly placed components because you said it kept turning on so something got pressed together improperly and is giving you the negative results your having im sure you will figure it out

you can try a coulple of things you can put bar non follow instrucions it may work or you will have to have your heads shaved and a new gasget put on
