Problem for Intel Sound Cards

Generic problem for all Intel Sound Cards

Multimedia audio controller driver not fou...

I recently re-installed my widows XP home and it resulted in deprieving me of sound! My Audio controller driver is missing,and i can't find it anywhere on the internet.I've even searched all over the the windows update website but none is compatible with my sound card.
The sound card seems to be built in the main board.According to Belarc,the mainboard is "Intel Corporation D845PESV AAA97669-109".
The audio controller is "Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio Device".
The audio ports and all other ports built in the mainboard have FOXCONN written on their inside.
What should I do?
Pls help,and Thanks in advance

download here
select categories for motherboard
and then series, model, and keywords...just look at your motherboard
compare it and choose
