I have a similar problem. When I play back the tape, it has grey lines with little colored squares all over the screen. I have absolutely no idea what is causing this, and it does it with all of my tapes which leads me to believe that it isn't a damaged tape issue. Ahh!

    Similar problem with Canon MV830.

Only on playback mode, do I see perfectly spaced grey lines across the screen, sometimes there are smaller squares within the grey lines, and the sound is intermittent. I have not tried any solutions yet, but I will buy a head cleaner tape and run it through.

Yuppers, same prob here.  Gray/black horizontal lines perfectly dividing the screen into maybe 6 portions, with portions alternating between line and movie.  While the lines display, the sound quality is horrendously bad.  Occasionally, the tape will "get better," and it takes a moment to do this, digitally "reconstructing" itself to dispose of these lines.

It now does this to every tape, regardless of what brand.  I'm quite tempted to try out this head cleaner tape, but I hope that would be enough...  Some people have to perform multiple cleanings; can these cleaner tapes be used more than once?

I had the problem of the horizontal grey lines with some pixels of pink. I ran the dry head cleaner a few times and the lines became solid grey with the sound now skipping worse than before. I cried, cleaned again, then played the tape. I did this about 4 times and still had no luck.

I then decided to try to record with a new tape around the room to see what would happen. After recording I played the tape back and it worked perfectly. I then went back the old tape that would not play properly and it worked fine! Seems like when I used the record button after cleaning it a few times everything worked fine, wierd.

Hope this might help someone.

Whats wrong with my led 3d smart tv model code UN46D6420UFZC

Appears to be a Main board issue since both audio and video are involved.

But you might also want to check out the output voltages of your power supply first.

Screen keeps going black then grey and white lines start to come across the screen.

This is not the fault with remote control. It is with your TV itself. Contact any service technician.

There are grey lines on my camcorder when i playback what i've taped. Will the grey lines show up when i put the video on my computer??

This is usually caused by an oxidized or defective Audio/Video drum. You can try running a cleaning tape through the camera. If this does not solve the problem the camera will need to be serviced by a qualified service technician.

I am getting black spots (short black or grey lines) on clothing. The spots appear to be random. Maytag Model DE412

You left something in a pocket that melted in the heat and left those spots and lines. You will need to clean the inside of the drum thoroughly. Without knowing the source of the spot and lines, I can't tell you how to remove them without damaging the clothing.

RCA plugs?

OWNERS MANUAL click here

Usually clarion radios have seperate colors to designate front, rear and sub preamp outputs.
Since youre is grey and black, Assume the grey is front, and black is rear.
If one set is longer than the other, the short is the front, long = rear.
