Question about Nintendo DS Lite Console

2 Answers

Hello my husband just purchased me the nintendo ds lite with the brain game to practice every day.  I find that the game does not recognize letters or even numbers sometimes.  Also you get a stamp each day for playing so I should have about 6 and its says I have 2?? I wonder if it is the game itself or my nintendo?? Has anyone else heard of this problem?

Any help would be most appreciated.

Thank you,

The rule of thumb stick to upper case letters when drawing on this game and sometimes you have to do them quick i find the letter

j, i, and a real problems ...

hope this helps

The easy way is maybe you are not writing in the alphabetic order or style.  I have the same game and i start writing like the same mode i do in my palm and never have any trouble.

Nintendo DS shuts off randomly

try to play with the poweradapter connected. If the problem still there you will need probably a new mainboard for your nintendo. If the problem disappears probably a bad battery is the problem. If you can exchange your battery with another NDS lite you can check if it is the battery or mainboard.

Cannot access a fraction of the advertised games on brain trainin

Hello psychofluffy,

I'm assuming you are referring to Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day.
In order to "unlock" the other parts of the game you must continue on with the Training portion of the game. As you progress, more games will become available. For a detailed guide, check out this

Dual screen

You shouldn't need anything other than a working DS and the game. If it isn't working, then try it on someone else's DS to make sure it's not the game, if it's not, are you having problems with your DS and the top screen?

I need to erase all data on my nintendo ds lite games as i'm selling it - any help please?

Your name and such are in the console. Remove the battery and this info is gone.

Your saved games, high scores and such are in the game catridge, and just about every game has the option of removing this data from the menu... somewhere... (they are all different).

What is the difference between nintendo ds and a n.ds lite?can i play brain training on a normal ds

The DS lite is and upgrade from the DS. The lite being slightly smaller has a brighter screen and supposed longer battery life. The Lite and DS share the DS library of games. So yes you can play the brain training on the Lite.

Nintendo DS Lite Touch Screen Fades

You're going to have to send it in for repair. It sounds like it's out of warranty, which is unfortunate.
