Question about Avery AVE09000 Automatic Lbl Peeler,Recngze Label Printer
Hi. I have an avery label printer (9100) that, according to the label manual, doesn't recognize the labels. It's been having this issue off and on for months, but I can't get it to work again. Anyone have any suggestions other than cleaning it? Very frustrating I have had this for years and it has always been a problem and then sometimes it works fine for months. It is always after a label change makes sense with the bar code. Mine is flashing yellow
I have the same printer and usually when this happens I am able to flip the lever on the side to put it into auto peel mode and push the feed button on the front and that usually works and makes the light go green. It was explained to me that if the label stock is old it will have a hard time recognizing it. Sometimes I have to pull out the labels and re-insert the labels to get them to work properly. I hope this helps.
