Hi can anyone help with my daughters V3? The main (inside) display says, "Messages Full", and the front display says "Inbox Full". but there are no messages, they are all deleted, all the items in the list in the Message Centre, list as Zero! Is there any way to clear this incorrect message? Thanks. JT
Try holding down the power remove the back cover and battery (at this point briefly let up on the power) remove the sim card wait for "insert sim card" message remove battery reinsert sim card and battery release power key when the splash screen comes up
if this dose not work you may need to reflash your phone

Go to Menu--message--inbox--open up the message which u want to delete n then press the option button---u will see Erase/Delete as an option then click OK.Again press OK if asks for confirmation. That's how u empty your inbox.
If u want to delete all the inbox messages then for that also you have an option in the inbox.
Just don't forget to press the "Option" button if u have to see the function.
Why am I receiving a memory full notification?
Memory full warning notifications are shown once the SMS memory reaches 80% full, which is 80 out of 100 SMS.
The notifications show up every time on receiving a new message. On reaching 100%, "Memory full notification" message is shown and no new messages will be received until we make space for incoming messages by deleting some from the inbox.
Memory full warning notices are shown only if "Auto Erase Inbox" is set to Off in Messaging settings (Menu -> Settings -> Messaging). If set to On, then these notices are not shown. By default this is set to Off.
well the answer to the first question is ya you can turn the annoying notifications off. All you have to do is go to menu-settings-audio-vibe & ring detail. then u scroll down to messaging and change it to silent.(your phone may not me vibe & ring detail its watever setting you have it on (ex. loud ,vibrate, vibe then ring) and this is followed by the word detail
