Motorola Q 9c Start screen blank

Motorola Q 9c the start menu doesn't work, and the main menu is blank. The start screen on my Moto Q9c went blank. I tried soft reset but no luck. Any ideas?

master reset mabye
master reset the phone by hold the center key and the power, then follow onscreen instructions

i would try to go to file explorere and backup your contacts yourself, or take it in
