Check and change the oil it some times the oil become weak and the engine can lift it up and out. also over filled oil is more easy for the engine to life it up and out. check the sump breather aswell make sure its not blocked.

I have a 2000 Kia sephia I have Oil on my spark plugs. What can cause it?

There are three common reasons for oil on the plugs. A blown head gasket, worn valve stem oil seals and worn piston rings. The most likely reason will probably be the head gasket.
Check the coolant overflow tank for oil floating on top of the coolant. This is a sign of a blown head gasket.
For Valve stem oil seals check the following... On a Cold start you get a large thick cloud of blue coloured exhaust smoke. You also get the same smoke when going from idle to higher engine revs. Such as pulling away from a red traffic light after sitting waiting for traffic.
Does the vehicle use a lot of oil? Does it have excessively smoky exhaust gas, usually more of a grey/white colour, when driving? Has it lost power? Look in the engine air filter box. Is there oil? Worn piston rings sometimes cause 'blow back' where an oil/air vapour is forced back through the air intake into the air filter box.

Hi I need help with my 2004 Freelander TD4: suddenly blue/white smoke coming out the back of the car ( the car did not over heated the heat gauge was at normal position) notes that there was oil leaking...

cracked block. once it heats up the crack gets bigger and the oil gets thinner which makes more oil burn. run car without the oil cap on and see if lots of air/ oil comes out if so thats blow by and you need a new engine.

Oil in air filter

One of the problems could be an internal leakage in the engine, meaning one of the seals or gaskets are bad which are allowing the oil to make it through the intake up the air chamber through the throttle and into the air filter. Could be a blown head gasket most likely, need a bit more infromation about the car to truly be sure.

Oil coming out of the carburetor of my Honda Harmony 215 mower

unless the ground was a steep slope while mowing or the mower was tipped over 35 degrees or more in any direction except with the handle bars down (spark plug up is ok), it will most likley be a blown head gasket between the pushrod gallery and cylinder. remove the head and get it re-faced then assembly with new gasket. valve adjustments are 4 thou inlet and 6 thou exhaust
