Question about Lexmark X1270 All-In-One InkJet Printer
After completing proper installation of a new Lexmark x1240 printer to my Medion MT6 computer, it continuously says problem communicating with printer. It says the printer is installed and ready to use-and the scanner works. I have exhausted the Lexmark tech support person's ability to help and have completed all usual troubleashooting steps.
In this case as u said you have already called Lexmark Tech Support what i would request you to do is go ahead and click on start go to all programmes go to Lexmark X1200 Series and click on Uninstall after uninstallation it will say to restart the Computer.........................
After Restarting the computer click on the following link:
Select your Operating System and Download the drivers from the website......... Install the downloaded drivers and the software........ Try this it will work........ Good Luck....
