The disposable filter is always in the return air of an a/c unit. If your unit has a furnace attached in an upright position then the filter is under the furance blower wheel. You will have to remove the bottom access panel to see and replace it. If your unit is horizontally installed in an attic then the filter will most likely be up in that return air duct or possibly in the return air grille possibly mounted in a hallway or someplace like that.

Goodman SSZ140481AG, what is it? is it 14 seer or 15 seer? I paid for 15seer but the unit has a decal on it reading 14 seer??? Thanks

It is federal law that each new piece of A/C equipment have the yellow SEER rating.
The higher the SEER, the less electricity the system uses to operate.
You need to follow up since it appears your contractor installed a less efficient/expensive system than what you paid for.
Good luck.

Air handler blower keeps blowing after compressor shuts off and thermostat is satisfied.

Of course the simple question is to make sure your thermostat is set to auto and not fan on. Also if that is the case, then either there is a wire touching somewhere on th low voltage side. or te fan relay or fan manager has a problem.

The product which is described is not blowing out cold air i would like to know how to correct this situation?

the most likely problem is a blown compressor. this is unfortunately a very costly repair usually ($1000-$4000), but it might be covered under the warranty.

I set the tstat to cool everything ok i set tstat to heat it blows the fuse on pc board

Check for wires rubbing together from the thermostat to the furnace. More than likely there is a short somewhere in the low voltage wiring. Check the wires on the thermostat also to make sure none are touching together.

Cold air comes out but doesnt blow

The filter in a Goodman unit is in the Air Handler located at the bottom of the unit. Screw on either side take them loose and the filter pulls out. Now trun of fan first so the filter will come out easier. You may ahve other problems like stopped up coil or low on refrigerant. Russ
